Advanced Garage Doors did an excellent job on our garage door system. They installed two new lift motors, new interior switches, new exterior switches and lubricated the existing door runners. It took aout three hours and was done for a reasonable price. The two technicians arrived very quickly after we called for service. Recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Garage Doors from start to finish. We needed to replace our garage door and opener and called the company to inquire about pricing. Sam was at our house within hours and provided us a detailed quote that was competitive with another company that we had met with earlier in the day. We ultimately decided to go with Advanced Garage Doors because of their 3 year parts and 1 year labor warranty.

Our garage door and opener were installed 2 days later by Jose. He was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. Jose walked us through how to use our new garage door opener and offered to set up the garage door keypad for us as well. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of the questions that we had prior to leaving.

Had a great experience with Sam and the folks from Advanced Garage Doors. Our spring broke and needed replacement. I called Sam and he was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue immediately. I asked if he could also replace the garage door motor with a more modern style with wifi capabilities and he said it was easily doable. Within a day, our garage door is back up and running with more capabilities and quieter sound.

He also was fair in his pricing and comparable (if not better) than other companies I researched. The gentleman he sent out to perform the repairs (Jose) was very nice, courteous, and completed the job within a couple hours.

My garage door pulley cables snagged like hornet’s nests on both sides after hitting a tall obstruction I had left in the track’s path (bed headboard) about 4 PM on Tuesday night. I did a half-hour’s worth of internet research and selected a local business, Advanced Garage Doors, to make the repair. I called at 5 PM and spoke with Sam, the owner. Someone even answering the phone at 5 PM was a good sign. Sam was cordial and put me on the next morning’s service schedule. David, the tech, showed up this morning (wed) and after assessing the job checked in with (Sam?) and quoted me a price of $195. No fuss, no muss, just a solid repair of my cables and he lubed all the metal joints and made adjustments. My opener is 16 years old and now it’s working great again. Job took less than an hour and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And then Sam called me a few hours after David left and asked if I was satisfied with the work. Yep, I sure was.

I had a broken torsion spring, called at 8:00pm and they were able to be at my house the next morning and by 7:15, it was replaced and functioning.  Excellent service!

Had a very pleasant experience with Advanced Garage Doors out of Lorton, VA. The owner and estimator, Sam, was knowledgeable, friendly, and put me at ease with his knowledge and care for my needs and desires in a new garage door. My old, single car, garage door was 70 years old, made of wood with peeling paint & rusting metal rails. Two days later Jose came with the new steel, insulated door with windows. He arrived at 9:15 and was finished at 11:30. He quickly disassembled the old door & parts & loaded them on his truck for disposal. Jose was friendly, professional, and efficient as a skilled craftsman. I am very pleased with Advanced Garage Doors, and both Sam and Jose represent their company well. I definitely recommend Advanced Garage Doors out of Lorton, VA. They did excellent work for me and I am very appreciative.

8/2019 Garage door failed Thursday afternoon. The spring had broken. Thursday night read  multiple reviews on Yelp. Advanced Garage Doors’ reviews were great. Contacted Sam via Yelp messaging and he responded in 5 minutes. Set a time for him to come and give an estimate. I kept thinking this was too easy. Saturday morning he showed up gave us an estimate that we felt was in line with the research we had done. Oh by the way, he had the parts on his truck and it was fixed in 45 minutes. No messing around.  Thank you for providing a great service with excellent customer service.

We needed to replace our garage door.  On Monday @ 7:30 AM we called Advanced Garage Doors.  Erica was in the office and made a same day appointment for an estimate.  By 1:00 PM we had an estimate in writing and by 3:00 PM had the contract signed.  We went with the semi-insulated door with an 12.9R rating and it looks great.  The team came to our house on Thursday, installed the doors and made sure the garage was left very clean.  No problem, good communications and great service.  Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We called a few places for quotes,etc. Advanced Garage Doors came out and provided us with several options. The installation went very well. I LOVE MY NEW DOORS! Well worth the investment. I have recommended this company to my friends who are in the market for new doors.  The follow up service is excellent as well.
